Childhood Revisited.

I apologise for my last post. It turns out yesterday is not today. Who knew, right?

Today’s real prompt was about childhood. I don’t intend to delve into my personal history with the internet but I’ll give you the abridged version.

Once upon a time, there was a Me. I was short and fat and had the attention span of a squirrel. I didn’t have a father but it never mattered to me. I like to think that I keep getting better… after all you can’t get much worse than a podgy four year old who can’t draw inside the lines. I grew up. I choose my own clothes, rather than my sister and I wearing matching outfits chosen by my mother (best part of growing up).

That is the abridged story of my life.

I wouldn’t change anything about it because what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right? Especially those hideous matching kilts… oh the horror *shiver*.
