Psychology Today described it as ‘glitches in time, when the rules bend and the mystery takes hold. Enchanted moments that sparkle.’
I prefer the more mysterious quote from Psychology Today. I don’t mind the rules being bent and moments in my life sparkling. In fact, I don’t mind not understanding completely.
I suppose it can be attributed to many things. Your brain stores memories, pictures, dreams and thousands of other things. It’s bound to make a mistake and not process it properly. Déjà vu is a brain hiccup; not a hiccup in time.
